im not really seeing any crack there bud. that plate is welded on like that on ALL bikes. and the lines on that weld by the headset looks like dirt. and why would u by kona in the first place. they are junk.

i did exact same thing to mine. but my broke clean apart. only cost me 250 to get it fixed in one week

my 66 broke too. and as soon as i got it fixed for 250$ through norco i rode ir for 1 hour and cracked my frame

i have one of these bikes. i did the same thing u did. but i put maxxis minions, 66 vf, sram x.9, saint crank, fox dhx 5.0 overall sweet bike. i would liek to think i can get like 3000 for it. but i know that wont happen. so like around 1600 for mine. but i cracked the frame and the fork. just got fork rebuilt and waitin for the rear swing arm

my rear triangle is outta wack. the tire is in the frame on the bottom, but the top is fine. i hit a jump and bailed and my bike was all f*cked. i only gotta ride for 1 hour with the nork that i got back.

i will buy for 3 bucks and i will drive u to timms 2 times wont hide your bike for one month and will bring you a sandwich to work once when u forget your lunch
